Adds 26 new POI's to the procgen system.
Each POI has a Geo-energy formation containing a suit power core.

Adds socketing suit power cores using new special resources.
These can be taken to the Spacesuit crafting bench and used as suit upgrades.

Buffs range from resistances, extra damage, hazard protection, stealth, carry weights and more.
Separate from the legendary system, counts as suit upgrades.
Suits can socket up to four cores and power cores can stack.
