Quick Start

1) Add these lines to Documents\My Games\Starfield\StarfieldCustom.ini (create the file if it doesn't exist):

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

2) Extract the archive and copy the Data folder into your Starfield directory.

3) Launch the game.

MO2: Install from archive as normal. Full install and uninstall instructions further down the page.

Support for the AstralUI Addon: Quicklist + Universal Search. Separate addon mod - requires SFSE and AstralUI.

In-Game Subcategory & Blacklist Editor

Via the Quick Search Plugin with Item Configurator (SFSE plugin). Create and edit subcategories in game, edit blacklist items in game. All changes save to AstralUICustom.ini, so even if you uninstall the SFSE plugin your subcategory and blacklist preferences persist in Astral UI proper. The plugin is purely a display-layer overlay, completely safe to add/remove at any time.

Subcategory Menus

Drill into any main category to see its subcategories. Each subcategory shows its own item count and total mass. Works across all three menus (Inventory, Container, Barter).

Two display modes:
