📋 About This Mod
At first i want to mention, that i made this mod because i thought there is BUG in the game.
I was wondering why i died, when i did hit some alien creatures in melee.. O.o
After uploading my mod here, someone said in the comments that this melee dammage was intented by bethesda and i could see that in the scanner.
No, there is absolutely no information in the scanner to see ingame, as my screenshot showed the proof.
Then we figured out, that dead corpses do not show this information and alive aliens do.
But anyways, here is what my mod does, in case someone wants it:
This mod changes the damage you get back from aliens with "reflecting melee damage" ability to zero.
So now you can hit or kill those aliens without having the fear to die in melee combat.
This small mod removes the melee damage reflection from aliens with the reflecting perk, so you won't take damage when hitting them. It's a quality-of-life tweak for players who find the reflection mechanic annoying. With 24 endorsements and 16,745 downloads, it's a niche but popular fix.
