Eagle's Perch can be found up on a hill, bordering the Akila City Slums.
The house is UNLOCKED by default.
(No key, quest, or level requirement)
The home can be found near the eastern gate of Akila.

The home area contains three floors with a 1st floor reading nook, kitchen and office. The second floor contains the crafting atrium, and the third floor is the master bedroom. There are mannequins, display stands, weapon racks, and chests across multiple crafting areas.
The interior is NavMeshed and was tested using a follower.
The house is a classic playerhome, being fixed-furnished, meaning furniture cannot be removed or repositioned as the open fully-customizable vanilla city types.
