Abandoned Rig - Volii Alpha

Description

This mod adds an abandoned rig platform in Volii Alpha.

You can use this landing platform as a player hub, or as a pit stop to sell your gear and buy some cool ships.

Features:

• []Ship building terminal with all vanilla ship parts from all ship manufacturers - as long as you've unlocked them and are skilled and levelled enough[/]

  []The ship terminal has 3x more credits than the traditional ship vendors[/]

  []3 custom ships to buy - Bullet (small, very fast, low cargo), Dweller (mid, fast, higher cargo), Longhaul (big, slow, very high cargo).[/]

  []Custom ship templates to buy - Cheap way to start crafting a new ship[/]

  []Custom Trade Authority Kiosk - With 5x more credits than the traditional Trade Authority vendors[/]

  []Enhanced shower - Activating it takes you to the 'Enhanced screen'[/]

  []Custom workbenches - For you crafting needs[/]

  []Infinite weight container - To stash a lot of things[/]

  []Custom self-service bounty clearance terminal, mission board, and Constellation mission board[/]

  []Light switches for the whole platform and the player hub[/]

  Notes:

  • []'Bullet' - The shield is hidden underneath the top front cowl. The top front cowl was then flip-merged[/]

    []'Dweller' - The shield is hidden underneath the top front cowl. The top front cowl was then flip-merged[/]

    []'Longhaul' - The shield is hidden underneath the top left cargo piece. The top left cargo piece was then flip-merged[/]

    []'Longhaul' - The flight check will give you the error message 'Docker modules need to be on an outside edge of the ship' when adding items on the top surface. This is a game limitation where the top docker has to be the highest piece on the ship. You'll have to drag the top cargo out, add your pieces under, then flip-merge the cargo back into place.[/]

    []Ship interiors are mostly empty habs, so you can craft your own interiors[/]

    []Mannequin - You have to go inside the mannequin and select 'equip' for the gear to show on the mannequin[/]
