📋 About This Mod

Mainly made this for users of my modlist due to using a custom version of Ascension. After some careful armor, npc health, and weapon balancing, the only issue that remains is the player character is too soft in the early game. This alleviates that by adding a permanent 50 health whenever you start a new character/save.

All that's done is the "player.modav health 50" console command at the start of a new game. Anyone can use this mod

Disclaimer: All my Star Wars mods are built primarily for my Star Wars Genesis project. They are uploaded here so that non-Genesis users can obtain a part of the experience without installing a 130 GB modlist. Please be aware that you are not getting the full experience of any of my creations if you are not using Genesis. I strongly recommend installing Star Wars Genesis if you prefer a complete Star Wars RPG experience, rather than Starfield with a Star Wars skin.

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

A simple gameplay tweak that grants your character 50 extra health at the start of a new game. Ideal for players who want a slight survivability boost early on without altering the core experience. With 69 endorsements and 34,020 downloads, it's a niche but popular quality-of-life mod.

✨ Key Features

Adds 50 extra health to your character when starting a new game.
Simple, lightweight mod with no complex configuration required.
Works immediately upon new game start, no additional setup.
Compatible with most setups due to its minimal changes.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Gives you a tangible edge in early game encounters, making those first few hours less punishing.
  • Lightweight and straightforward—no bloat, just a flat health boost.
  • Decent community trust with 69 endorsements and over 34k downloads.

⚠️ Cons

  • Only affects new games—if you're already mid-playthrough, this won't help you.
  • No options to adjust the amount; it's a flat 50 or nothing.
  • May trivialize early-game difficulty for veterans who prefer a challenge.
🎯 Is This For You?
For players who find the opening hours of the game too brutal and want a small cushion without overhauling mechanics. Also great for those who've played through multiple times and want a slightly easier start. Skip if you're a purist who wants the vanilla difficulty curve untouched.
📦 Install:Easy· Under 1 minute

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Since it only applies on new game start, make sure to start a fresh save to see the effect.
  • If you're using a mod manager, just drop the file in and activate—no load order fuss.
  • Pair with other early-game QoL mods for a smoother start, but be mindful of balance.
