Herman - Missile Cruiser

"Herman" is a missile artillery platform. While being a latest iteration of the same, centuries old concept, it quickly took up the role of a core vessel of all large-scale strategic operations. The carried twelve launchers are firing at different angles to increase probability of hitting the target at a vulnerable spot. In consequence, their use encourages adapting ship orientation to precisely control trajectories of the volley. Defensive capabilities include two platforms of air defence turrets and a Havoc launcher, making for very reliable protection against enemy counter missile strikes. No less relevant is a set of side thrusters, which allow maintaining safe and effective distance. "Herman's" design is not revolutionary, but it remains a headscratcher for enemy generals.
