New race: The Bo'o'o're

New race of miners called Bo'o'o're, with their own ships, sector, systems and quests. The mod is made to be lore friendly and consistent with experience of the rest of the game. Starting conditions are: meet Goryr, meet Brogidar, earn at least 200 Titanium. After that, the starting system will be added in a random place in your galaxy. You need to find it. It shouldn't be too far off from other places. You can recognize it by an Uranium-rich planet with anomaly and a very large asteroid field nearby. There are six new quests: - The Missing Planet, - Guide Stone, - Dry Planet, - Medusa, - The Planet Bringer, - Ore Raiders. There is also a side activity: you are able to mine a rich ore field in one of the sectors if you pay the entry fee.
