Siemowit XCP-P - Experimental Craft

Research sector occassionaly gets carried away with "radical innovation"; an example of it being experimental craft project based on "Siemowit" fighter. It uses heavy armaments and latest tech, creating craft which could confront warships, when deployed in numbers. The concept isn't bad, assuming high mobility is used to strike at enemy weak points. This variant has two powerful plasma turrets to protect it from small craft and missiles, while its cannons are aimed at warships. There is a rumor that some sentimental air force pilots are preparing a formal complaint that "this abomination looks nothing like the original Siemowit, whose sleek, slender, sexy frame has been defiled". Category: Strike Craft Strike craft ships are very agile, but lacking in durability. Their use requires very skillful piloting (including the use of side thrusters) to avoid damage, while chipping away at enemy health with opportunity attacks.
