Szczodry MRL - Missile Corvette

For a longer while fleet command has scratched their heads due to large numbers of "Szczodry" corvettes in service - underperforming and falling behind times. Research sector finally sat down to designing a practical upgrade, that would make use of all those ships. "Szczodry MRL" has been adapted as a missile platform, with impressive seven launchers, while still retaining some of its turrets. Although it is no longer as effective at disheartening light craft, it is now a whale killer - devastating capital ships with terrifying missile salvos from safety of the back lines. Besides changing armaments, the ship was also equipped with newer engines, to let it catch up to younger vessels - literally and figuratively. Category: Artillery Artillery ships are equipped with long-range weapons, allowing them to fight from a safe distance. Their damage output is rather mediocre, so their piloting requires patience.
