Better Interface for Eyefinity

this is just a simple mod to help make life in starbound a bit more enjoyable for players with surround/eyefinity

its intended use is for 6048x1080 resolution (triple montior single display with bezel compensation enabled)

vanilla graphical interface elements seem hard coded and so I've modded the graphics themselves, this is why it's for one resolution only

what this mod does:

• playerbar, partybar, inventorybar and mainscreen game selection and options are
• moved from the outside edges of flanking monitors and placed on the inside
• edges of the center monitor

- space around player avatars filled in so you don't see the background moving

• new larger, centered and slightly raised skin for chat with increased
• transparency and allows room for hunger status

- slower chat faderate (5 seconds)

- slower chat vistime (30 seconds)
