DESCRIPTION:
mod that balances the cost of fast travel, it is quite unrealistic that moving from one part of the map to another costs more than the reward of a secondary mission, the mod makes fast travel cheaper but still leaves it with a fee to avoid to break the gameplay
HOW DOES IT WORK:
the current formula for calculating the cost is distance x 5, the mod simply removes the x5 multiplier, while still leaving the fact of paying based on the distance travelled.
INSTALLATION:
read the text document "READ ME.txt" file present in the mod folder
