No Damage to Weapons and Armor from Anomalies

UPDATED FOR 2.x

The mod now follows the bpatch format and can be used with other mods that update the same file, as long as this mod loads last.

Anomaly damage to my weapons and armor was driving me nuts! Not anymore! Jump around in anomalies all you want! I did not change damage to your health (that's still based on the difficulty you chose), but I eliminated damage to weapons and armor.

Note that I CAN reduce damage to health from anomalies if desired. Not sure that's really necessary at this time since you can control it with difficulty settings.

Pair this with my "no weapon damage from shooting" mod for complete indestructibility of your weapons.
