Better Knife and Jump Stamina

- - Using the knife

- - Jumping

This mod overlays ObjPrototypes.cfg - it does not replace it, and should be resilient to future updates. Hopefully.

1. Find the game's root installation directory (different for GOG, STEAM etc)
