📋 About This Mod
Replaces Skiffs starting handgun with a fully upgraded APB. Still flagged a quest item so Burers cant pull it.
Skiff's Pistol from the start of the game is replaced with Encourage (Endgame APS-B unique).
It still has the quest item flag on so Burers cant pull it from your hands, but you also cant stash it either. But you would not be downloading this if you were just gonna stash it.
(1. 2) Both Encourage and APS-B have semi/full auto firing modes, and offset aiming without needing other mods. However if you do use mods that affect this, they will not conflict.
The stash at the post office (first location you go to after meeting / following Richter) also has some goods to get you started.
