Plutonian Empire's Terrain Mod

Please delete the cache folder when installing or updating this mod! This is the successor to Rodrigo's. This is a port of my old 0. 980 terrain mod, which combines multiple previous mods into one. You may notice mountains are a bit smaller than default (or even Rodrigo's). This is because I used Google Earth as a reference, with a camera altitude of 30,000 feet, and GE's default FOV of 60 degrees, to try to get something similar to what you see on Earth, like from an airplane.
