Volumetric Magellanic Clouds

This addon replaces the default 2D Magellanic cloud models with Volumetric models. This will break any existing procedural generated locations within ether galaxy's, as this changes the generation method from spiral to cube map. I had to reupload this workshop item because (due to unfortunate circumstances) I lost the original file and the uploader tool wasn't allowing me to update what was already on the workshop. Currently doesn't work in 0. 990. 47. I'm currently trying to fix this.
