This is the Republic BTL-B Y-Wing bomber from Star Wars. The ship has engine effects for the main engines, and includes cockpit camera views for the pilot, gun turret, and rear seat (changing FOV, using Shift-LMB, PG UP/PG DN, or clicking the FOV number in the bottom-right toolbar, to around 65 degrees is recommended when in cockpit view).
