Space Haven: Shared Galaxy server

Play Space Haven with other people in one shared galaxy, each of you running your own game, on your own machine. More information on how it works on: http://galaxy.bygianotto.com.br A server keeps the savegame between sessions and hands it back with the galaxy as the others left it: where they are, what they explored, and what they put up for sale. One session at a time, so the galaxy never forks. A neighbour parked in your system shows up as a ship you can trade with. The server builds that ship inside your own save, from their ship as it stood when they last returned it, carrying the goods they consigned. When you buy from it, the credits reach the person who put the goods there. This mod is the in-game half, and it is optional. Everything works without it. What it adds: - opens the room's save straight from the menu, so you never hunt for it in the load list - writes the room, the save version and your sales into the game's own log, so a glance tells you which galaxy you are in - adds a SHOP toggle to a storage panel, so you pick what you sell inside the game - silences the automatic hails from neighbours' storefronts, which would otherwise trade on their own initiative The game jar stays as it was. Uninstalling means undoing three lines in a config file.
