Shared health, block and gold in multiplayer
Hello, I will NOT be updating this mod any longer - I don't have the spare time to keep the updates up. Apologies!
Shared Health Pool: Health can now be a shared pool between all players.

[]Additive Mode: Starting MaxHP is all player's MaxHP added.[/]
[]Average Mode: Starting MaxHP is all player's MaxHP averaged.[/]
Shared Gold Pool: Spending and gaining gold affects the shared pool, and should reflect in the number at the top. Don't be greedy and spend all the gold before your team does :)
Mod versions should match to the game versions.
Please let me know about bugs you encounter, or just any opinions on balance/gameplay and such. Keen to hear everyone's thoughts.
