A lightweight quality-of-life mod pack for Slay the Spire 2. Multiple features bundled into one mod, each individually toggleable from an in-game settings menu. Full multiplayer support with kick, disconnect handling, and difficulty scaling.

Two Versions Available

BetterSpire2 comes in two flavors:

• Full — All features. Marked as affects_gameplay in the mod manifest. All players in a multiplayer session should have it installed.

• Lite — Display-only and cosmetic features. Marked as affects_gameplay: false, so it's safe for multiplayer without requiring all players to install it.

Lite includes: damage counter, multi-hit totals, expected HP, potion drop chance badge, teammate hand viewer with stats, clock, skip splash, mute drawings, and instant fast mode.

Full adds: hold R to restart, double-tap R to reset round, kick players, difficulty scaling, and auto-confirm discard/retain.

▸ Incoming Damage Counter

Displays a number above your character showing exactly how much HP damage you'll take this turn. The calculation accounts for your current block, pet absorption, frost orb passive block (Defect) including Focus and Gold-Plated Cables relic, end-of-turn debuffs (Constrict, Demise, Magic Bomb, Disintegration), and end-of-turn hand card damage (Burn, Decay, Beckon, etc.). Enemies that will die before attacking (e.g. from poison) are automatically excluded. Player regen is factored into the expected HP calculation.

• Red number above your character = HP damage you'll actually take

• Green 0 = you're fully protected (block or pet absorbs everything)

• Orange number above your pet = damage your pet will absorb

Updates in real-time as you play cards and gain block.

Toggle "Show Expected HP" in settings to see your HP after damage. For example, "14 (38)" means you'll take 14 damage and end the turn at 38 HP.

▸ Multi-Hit Damage Totals

Enemy multi-hit attacks now show the total damage in parentheses next to the original label. For example, an attack showing 3x3 will now display 3x3 (9), so you don't have to do the math yourself.

▸ Card Play Count Badge

A small "xN" badge appears above any card in your hand that will play more than once on its next play. Covers every duplication mechanic in the game:

• Echo Form (first N cards this turn)

• Duplicator Potion (next card)

• Burst (next Skill)
