🔍 Adds compendium-wide search across base-game relics, Editor Relics, and registered custom relics.

🔒 Lets players lock or unlock relics so they are excluded from future run reward pools, either through individual clicks, or right clicking on a relic to open bulk action context menu

🔁 Adds an optional toggle that allows looting duplicate relics in runs
