PermaProg - permanent progression and roguelite elements

Description

This mod introduces a new roguelite system. All gold earned during the run is also converted into the new 'Currency'. Currency is available to be spent freely in the PermaProg Shop for upgrades that affect the run; be it more starting gold, more max HP or other exciting upgrades to discover and unlock.

The PermaProg Shop is accessible via the character selection screen. There should also be a 'Peapod'-relic added to the run to indicate that the mod is active.

There is an optional balancing that can be enabled to increase difficulty. See spoiler for details on what it does.

For version 0. 7. 0, per-character progress has been introduced. This is a big update with a higher risk of bugs.

The mod is currently in beta, so please report any bug encounter! Upgrades exists up to tier 5.

Compatability

OBS:

High risk this mod breaks with each new game update. If somethings not working, I'd recommend deactivating this mod first xd

Should be compatible with most mods.

Should be multiplayer compatible (block/str/dex gain is currently disabled due to synchronization issues though).

Should be compatible with custom characters, but every custom character share progression.

Known issues

• []The shop UI is sometimes not automatically refreshed. Re-entering or clicking a button fixes it.[/]

  []Enabling and disabling progress per character is a bit wonky, in some cases previously applied values will be forgotten and need to be re-applied.[/]

Feedback

This is my first mod ever and have only done limited testing on functionality and balancing. All feedback on permanent upgrades (existing and not-yet-existing!) are very welcome. If there are mod conflicts with popular mods do not hesitate to reach out and I'll see what I can do.
