Limbus Company Ancient - E.G.O. Gift Vending Machine

Description

This mod adds a new Ancient encounterable in Act 3, based on the shop within Limbus Company's Mirror Dungeon mode. Comes with 17 relics and a bunch of new status effects!

This is my first take at slay the spire modding, and I enjoyed it. I'd like to make more mods in the future, and improve this one, so feel free to suggest ideas for relics/events and what-have-you!

As a warning, I will mention that this has not been extensively bug tested, so please report any bugs/egregious balancing so I can fix them.

Installation instructions

Play on the beta version of STS2

Installs the same way as other STS2 Mods. Extract the files into your mod folder in Slay the Spire 2 (mods/LimbusAncient/modcontent)

Main features

Can encounter this ancient on floor 3. Has the following pools of relics:

Glimpse of Flame - Deal burn damage over the first 3 turns of combat.

Red-stained Gossypium - Inflict bleed to enemies at combat start. Dealing a high amount of damage cause the enemy to suffer additional bleed.

Thrill - Inflicts rupture to enemies on combat start, and at the start of each turn.

Artistic Sense - Increases the damage dealt to enemies based on the number of negative statuses they have.

Clear Mirror, Calm Water - Grants poise to self at set intervals. Poise grants you a chance of dealing 50% more damage on hit.

Gift - Inflicts a random negative status effect to enemies at the start of combat, and at the beginning of each turn.

Non-Disclosure Agreement - Grants a huge shield at the start of your turn. The effect is lost for the run when you take damage from an attack.

False Halo - Gain stacks of Dhanya when you deal damage. Dhanya increases damage you deal by 1% per stack, capping at 108%. Take damage and lose stacks at 108 stacks.

Metronome - Take more damage on odd turns, and take less damage on even turns.

Unhatched Embers - Nullifies the first fatal damage you take in a run, and heals you on the next turn.

Vestiges of the King - Grants additional rewards for defeating elite enemies.

Shatterbound Cannon - Increases the damage you deal and damage you take over time.

Memories of Fragments - Pick 2 of 4 special relics, based on past cantos.

Piece of Relationship - Select 2 of 12 special cards...

Baleful Hwando - Transforms into a more powerful version after 6 combats. Increases the damage you take.
