Doormaker Rework (v0.100)

Must have the Beta Branch installed via Steam (Properties > Game Versions & Betas > public-beta)

Changes the Beta Branch Doormaker's unique ability to be an on-play effect instead of an on-draw effect, making it more predictable. Also increases Doormaker's HP by a significant amount.

I've enjoyed the v0. 100 Beta Branch rebalances and reworks, but like many others, I've found the new Doormaker rework to be unfun and awkward to play around. While the game is still in early access and we can expect changes, in the meantime, I've changed the Doormaker to be a slightly more balanced experience while keeping its current flavor (with Ascension 9+ effects in brackets):

• []Doormaker's Hunger Of The Void buff effect is reworked: Every 8 cards played, a random card in your hand is transformed into a Void, and Doormaker gains 1 (2) strength.

  []Doormaker's HP has been increased to 650 (700).

  The intent with this change is to keep the theme of Doormaker consuming your cards, but making it much more controllable and consistent. The Void cards will constantly drain your energy and potentially erase essential cards, but you can play around this by either emptying your hand or discarding your powerful cards before Doormaker can consume them. The larger HP pool makes this boss a more of a damage race than the others-- you must defeat him before your deck is emptied or his strength is too high.
