Winterhold Shelter ported for SE

This is mainly a follower mod, packaged with a small player house mod and a dungeon mod.

Winterhold Shelter location (look for the Winterhold's college bridge)

Kitchen and dining space.

A small bath which has auto undress/re-dress function. Optionally, the actors in the shelter can be disabled in the MCM so it can be used as a vacant house.

Ayana (Follower)

A cook in the shelter. She is a friend of Imo. She has a voice power that restores nearby friendly characters' Health, Stamina and Magica. Attack Damage, Incoming Damage and Heal Voice Power can be adjusted in the MCM.

• []Disposition

Indicates her disposition towards the player, which affects her behavior in "The Bonds of Matrimony" quest. The current disposition can be checked in the MCM, or by activating her while pressing Sprint key. This value randomly increases or decreases by spending time with her (details below).

Randomly increases when;

• []Talked to the character. The increments vary depending on the player's Speech skill.

• []Finished a combat near the character.

• []Used the Dragonborn's Blessing feature.

Randomly decreases when;

• []The player was not near the character when they are in danger.

• []Escaped from a combat, leaving the character behind.

• []Started combat against the character.

• []Hair

Current version is non_HDT version.

• []Dragonborn's Blessing

Dragonborn's voice cheers her up immediately even if her health is exhausted. In short, you can heal her just by activating when she is in the bleed out state.

• []Magic Skills

In combat, she prefers to use lightning spells and bound weapons so she may not use weapons you gave. Instead, her bound weapons and spells can be more powerful according to the player level. This effect starts at level 20, and maxed at level 100. Her ward spell reflects spell projectiles.

Practice Room

A room for combat practice. The practice mannequins and dummies are not static objects so they can be used to actually increase combat skills.
