It preserves the post processing, bloom, adaption, and weather colors of whichever weather and lighting mods you are using (including the horizon seam fix).
Instructions:
1. Install main file to your Skyrim game directory (where SkyrimSE.exe exists).
2. Download the ENB 0484 files here , open the wrapper version, and drag-and-drop the two .dll files (d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll) into your Skyrim game directory.
