Waterview in Skyrim

Update to mod page on July, 2023: Leianne has sadly passed away at age 61 in July 2023, losing a battle to lung cancer.

You've all been asking for some changes/additions.  They're finally completed.  You can now purchase Waterview from Delana Woodspire.  She will be sitting on the front porch, looking to sell her parents' home.  She lives in Cyrodiil and is only in Skyrim for the sale of the house, as her parents passed away suddenly.

She will take you on a guided tour (if you wish) of the home, please do not try to interrupt her sales pitch - you will be prompted with something to say/ask when she has completed the short tour.  There are some 'pauses' that I couldn't get rid of, so PLEASE be patient and wait for the prompts!

You now have a basement that includes more displays, a target range that increases your archery skills and an imbuing station!  There are more trophies that are displayed throughout the main floor of the house, a list can be found in Gerod's journal on the alchemy table.

There is a 'holiday' button located by the fireplace -- for that wonderful time of year when you wish to display a more festive setting.

You will now have to create coffee grounds with the coffee grinder on the cutting table to make coffee!

Waterview will not be made into a family-oriented home.  There are other View homes that cater to those with children / companions.

IMPORTANT!! ***  If you follow Delana outside to see her off, don't stand too close to the wagon ... it will probably try to kill you.

I didn't have anyone to do the voices for selling the other view properties, so eagleview and valleyview are still free of charge.

However, I've made a new mod Winterview purchasable and independent of this mod (does not require it as a master) and that will be released soon.

This mod is a MASTER file (.esm) - that will have many dependent mods to follow. ("View" homes - ie: Valleyview, Eagleview, Glenview coming soon!)

Plantables include:

TREES; peach, pear, orange and apple (red/green)

FOOD; coffee beans, tea leaves, garlic, corn, radish, lettuce, onions, sugarcane, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, rice, magus mint and watermelon

INGREDIENTS; alkanet, blessed thistle, cairn bolet, clouded funnel, dominica redwort, elfcup, emetic russula, greenstain cup, milk thistle, motherwort, summer bolet and wormwood.
