Waterplants Improvement
Better normal map, added specular effect and saves Vram. This doesn't change the original diffuse map, just improves the rest. There is no downside to it.

Saving half the VRAM, due to the original mod using the wrong file format Dxt5 instead of dxt1 on some files.
Better, less compressed normal map, due to new bc7 file format introduced to the engine with the Special edition.
Added Specular map, due to specular maps for plants introduced to the engine with the SE. For better light on waterdrops and wet waterplants.
DOESN'T INTERFERE WITH THE PATCHES FROM THE WATERPLANT MOD. Load order doesn't matter.
