Vanilla Player Homes Revamped

Just in case you're wondering, this is an evolution of my mod Simple Player Home Improvements. I wanted to add a number of tweaks and variations while at the same time keeping the older, simpler version available, and I had come to a point where it just made more sense to treat it as a separate mod. But, enough talking about my modding process, and let's see what this one does.

Vanilla Player Homes Revamped aims at improving - and sometimes slightly expanding - the original abodes while keeping close to their original style.

All upgrade markers have been preserved, so you'll have to buy your furniture like in vanilla. In a similar spirit, no clutter has been glued to the furniture - so it's not fus-ro-dah-proof, but at least you won't find yourself wantonly grabbing at a piece of bread, just to discover it was an unmovable ornament.

On the other hand, Hearthfire ovens and butter churns have been integrated in all houses and a few other crafting stations have been added (although sparingly - not all homes are meant to have everything, and IMHO a tiny city abode shouldn't really come with a blast furnace in its basement); most importantly, buying any of the kids' room won't make you entirely lose your previous facilities: I never could fathom why you'd toss away a perfectly functional alchemy or enchanting bench when you could stick it in a corner and keep practicing your craft, although not as comfortably.

All homes have now some kind of accommodations for followers (sometimes proper guest rooms, sometimes just a makeshift bed depending on the space available), as well as a small bathing area, now finally in the same cell as the home (again, the level of fanciness may vary, hopefully to match that of the location).

As for more specific changes:

- All beds have been changed from Common to Upperclass - still rather simple, but it doesn't involve hay

- When you buy the children's bed, the Alchemy bench is moved upstairs

- Oven, butter churn and mead barrel from Hearthfire have been added to the kitchen

- An entirely new floor has been added, consisting of a guest room, a bath, and a crafting area with an enchanting bench (as well as a stray sharpening wheel)

- Additional cot in the attic, just in case you have multiple followers

- Oven and Butter Churn from Hearthfire

- With Honey and Black-Briar Mead

- Iona has now a nicer bed

- New room for a follower (you get the furniture together with your own)

- New bathing area downstairs

- When you buy the Children's Bedroom, the Enchanter is relocated under the stairs
