Valerica Ascended - Voice Over

This mod completely replaces Valerica’s vanilla Dawnguard voice lines with a brand-new voice performance inspired by gothic vampire matriarchs, cursed scholars, and immortal women who have survived centuries of betrayal, obsession, and loss.

The goal is simple: make Valerica sound like an ancient vampire aristocrat.  Make her brilliant, weary, sharp-tongued, and quietly terrifying.

She is not just Harkon’s wife. She is not just Serana’s mother.

She is our favorite vampiric mother.

So let's make her feel refreshing.

Much like how we do replacers for visual changes every now and then.  Sometimes our ears deserve a treat as well.

Can we train her voice?

Yes

Why does she change her accent sometimes?

It is actually a very common thing that individuals do.  Our voice actress who trained the voice was having fun bouncing between a romanian accent and a british accent.  More or less we wanted to have fun and annoy elevenlabs.  This is something that does naturally occur especially in Europe and in the US (Particularily with Brooklyn accented people and country accents).  It is called many names, linguistic convergence, Echo Effect, and mirroring.  It is very common to do.  For some, their accents change simply because they are focused on annunciating.  It is a shame but many people with accents hire speech coaches to get rid of their accents.  Arnold Schwartzenegger is one of them (Hope I spelt his last name right, and glad he kept his accent).
