I always liked the idea of timed block mechanics, but after using them for a while I found myself wanting more than just a successful block.

If I perfectly time a block or dodge, I want that to actually create an advantage. I want the enemy off-balance. I want an opening. I want a reason to take the risk instead of just holding block and hoping for the best.

That's where this mod came from.

Timed Block-Dodge and Counter expands the idea of timed defensive actions into a complete combat system built around blocks, dodges, and counter attacks.

Main Features

Timed Blocks

A successful timed block can trigger a variety of effects depending on your settings.

You can stagger enemies, apply hitstop for extra impact, trigger sound effects, briefly slow time, and create opportunities to immediately take the offensive.

The timing window is fully configurable, and by default is intended to reward actual reactions rather than block spam. If you're consistently landing timed blocks, you should feel like you've earned them.

You can trigger timed blocks with a shield, a weapon, or even a Ward spell, spellswords rejoice!

Timed Dodges

Not everyone wants to stand behind a shield.

Timed dodges give dodge-focused characters the same kind of reactive gameplay that timed blocks provide. Evading an attack at the last second can trigger special effects and create openings that reward good positioning and timing.

Whether you're playing a lightly armored rogue or a heavily armored warrior, both defensive styles are supported.

THIS IS NOT A DODGE MOD ITSELF. IT ADDS TIMED DODGE FUNCTIONALITY TO OTHER DODGE MODS.

Supports TK Dodge RE, DMCO,  Custom Dodge and TUDM.

Both Timed Blocks and Dodges recover your stamina by default (and Magicka for Wards), use your skill to get out of a tough spot and go
