A house on the outskirts of Dragon Bridge.
The Scrivener's Croft is a small/medium sized home located just outside of Dragon Bridge. The house is free and the key is in the flower pot by the door.

Some features include:
- workstations for cooking, baking, alchemy, enchanting, and staff enchanting - newest version also includes a cellar with a bath and smithy, with an anvil, smelter, workbench, grindstone and tanning rack.
- planters for your plants
- Some collection displays
- some weapon holders and a single creepy mannequin
- a washbasin where you can change your look
- all shrines
- a stable to park your horse in
- a room for either 2 followers or 2 children if you use the Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions mod
- a cot in the hall for an extra follower to use
