📋 About This Mod
This mod allows you to play as a Golden Saint, Dark Seducer or Winged Twilight. I had previously released these races separately for classic Skyrim, but decided to bundle them together for the Special Edition. If I make other playable Daedric races I will add them to this mod as well. Please note that each race has its own file, if you want all of them be sure to download all the files.
If you would like summonable versions of these creatures, you can find them in my other mod, the Daedric Entity Restoration Project.
IMPORTANT - To run this mod you will need RaceCompatibility for Skyrim Special Edition, otherwise your game will CTD.
Golden Saints:
Aureals, commonly referred to as Golden Saints, are a race of humanoid Daedra in the service of Sheogorath. They excel at melee combat and possess a
natural resistance to magic, but are highly susceptible to poison. They can generate an aura that damages an enemy's resistance to physical attacks.
Racial Abilities:
- Starting skill bonuses: +10 One-Handed, +10 Heavy Armor, +5 Block, +5 Alteration, +5 Destruction.
- Resistances and Weaknesses: 15% magic resistance, 50% weakness to poison.
- Racial power: Aura of Disintegration. For 60 seconds, you are surrounded by an aura that reduces the damage resistance of enemies by 50 points.
Character Creation:
- Supports male and female characters.
- Golden Saints use the Nord race morphs. You should be able to use Nord hairstyles and head parts when creating your character.
- In addition to all the eyes available to Nords, you can also choose one of 12 color variants of the original Golden Saint eyes.
Aureal Equipment:
- Aureal weapons and armor can be crafted at any forge, provided the player has the Daedric Smithing perk.
- The materials used to forge Aureal equipment are Ebony Ingots, Refined Moonstone, and Daedra Hearts.
- Aureal weapons and armor can be tempered using Refined Moonstone.
- All items have the same stats as their Daedric equivalents.
- The armor can be worn by females and males. The female version uses the UNP body.
Dark Seducers:
The Mazken, better known as Dark Seducers, are Sheogorath's proud and loyal servants. Stealthy and agile, they fight with deadly efficiency, whether engaging enemies in close combat or sniping them from the shadows. Mazken suffer from a strong aversion to frost, but this weakness is offset by their ability to absorb Magicka from hostile spells. They can call upon their Dark Mirror power to reflect damage back to their attackers.
Racial Abilities:
- Starting skill bonuses: +10 Light Armor, +5 Sneak, +5 Archery, +5 Block, +5 One-Handed, +5 Alt
