Description: This mod adds a new playerhome, bathhouse, and arena to the northwest of Shor's Watchtower. You can travel there immediately after loading your save.

The Grand Bathroom (Must be purchased. 10,000 g):
- Bathroom with a working sink and shower. Use the shower to gain an 8h +20 Speechcraft boost. Must be purchased.
- Fish sold separately (300g)
Guards (Must be purchased. 6000g)
- - Dwarven Automaton guards who will protect you with their non-existent lives.
- Two of them are set to patrol the front of the bathhouse while the two elite guards stand by the thrones.
