Severio Pelagia, former soldier in the Imperial Army, now retied to live a simpler life as a farmer in Whiterun - although luckily for him, he also happens to own the farm in which he works. There isn't much to say about the man, nor does he have much to say of himself; a simple life is all there is for Severio now, to settle and to farm, although perhaps a family life is in his future with Nimriel...

My mod drastically expands the floor-space of Severio's home, adding a whole new upper floor to relocate his bedroom to, as he should have; also providing a storage solution for Severio's farming goods, shipping crates and stowing away his old Imperial equipment. In the entryway the floor has been replaced - adding a new wooden floor in instead of opening up to a dirt hole, and greatly expanding the kitchen space for cooking.
The dining room has been re-arranged to more effectively use the floor-space, alongside making room for the new staircase, adding some new storage cabinets for Severio's goods and needs; his former bedroom has been re-purposed into a side guest bedroom, as there would be little other use for the space - perhaps if he were to have children, hmm? Lastly, the study room has been re-arranged and much new clutter has been introduced, which is much the the rest of the home overall.
