• []Yes but STRIGOI is not an overhaul of the Player but an enemy enhancement with the sole focus being upon the Hostile Vampires you encounter in Caves and Ruins, the mod is heavily based on Curse of the Vampire Vampirism mechanics however that mod is not required to enjoy STRIGOI.

  How is this different from Better Vampire NPCs?

  • []Well STRIGOI is nothing like Better Vampire NPCs, you see the latter overhauls existing Vampire enemies, STRIGOI instead adds NEW Vampire enemies and does not touch any Vanilla Vampires, these new Vampires will spawn alongside or in-place of Vanilla Vampires, this means STRIGOI is compatible with almost everything including Better Vampire NPCs.

  You mentioned Customization?

  • []STRIGOI comes with an MCM that allows you to change several attributes regarding the new enemies including whether they take constant Sunlight Damage like in COTV or a more Vanilla style Sunlight Damage, you can decide if they are Immune to Iron and Steel weapons like in Daggefall or if Silver weapons deal twice as much damage to them, the choice is yours.

    What about New Abilities?

    • []As I said the mod is heavily based on Curse of the Vampire which means those unfamiliar with it are definitely in for a treat, these Vampires will transform themselves into Swarms of Bats to appear some distance away, they will surround themselves a shroud of Bats that feast on nearby Victims and will even turn into Mist in an attempt to flee if they find themselves on the losing end, also a word of warning, these Vampires do have Supernatural Strength and will use it.
