An NPC replacer pack for the ColdSun's World series, now rebuilt on Recast.

This pack draws its shared assets from the ColdSun's World Asset Pack, so grab that first. It uses Recast for hassle-free replacement and broad compatibility, no patches needed, and a FOMOD lets you pick exactly which NPCs you want.
