📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 176 endorsements and over 32k downloads.
- ESL-flagged, so it's lightweight and won't eat your plugin slots.
- Simple and straightforward—just adds a faithful canine companion.
⚠️ Cons
- No details on where to find Sparky or how to recruit him, so you'll have to discover that in-game.
- No custom voice or quests—this is a basic follower mod, not a full companion experience.

For Skyrim players who want a loyal dog companion without any extra quests or complexity. If you're looking for a fully voiced follower with a backstory, this isn't it—it's just a good boy to have by your side.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's ESL-flagged, you can install it with any mod manager or manually drop it into your Data folder—no need to worry about load order conflicts.
- Check your game version and any other follower mods you have to ensure compatibility, as the mod hasn't been updated since 2022.
- If you use a mod manager, enable it and let it sort your load order automatically—ESL files are safe to place anywhere.
