The mod, when used with Skyrim Souls RE , will allow you to set via MCM Menu the amount of game slowdown when in menu mode, from 0 to 99. 9 percent. While Souls RE is awesome, it can be argued that having the game run full speed when in menu mode is not totally fair since Skyrim was not made with that game feature in mind.
This updated version has an expanded MCM menu to let you choose which menus will be slowed down.
