📋 About This Mod
Hey everyone!
I've been working on a mod that uses the Solitude flags for decoration and when I got them into Blender and saw the sorry state of them, I decided I had to fix them up. The main issue for me is that the bunting in Solitude doesn't work like any bunting I've ever seen. Trust me, I grew up in the UK and people hang bunting on everything... Baby gender reveal=bunting, birthday=bunting, fete/fair=lots of bunting, royal birthday=whole town covered in bunting. Anyway, these kind of flags aren't magically inserted into the ropes they hang on, they're threaded over the rope. So now...after thirteen agonising years, Skyrim bunting is fixed! I don't think I'm overestimating how important this is 😂.
I added a knot at the end of the rope too, instead of a magic ring of rope.
Installation:
1) (Optional) Install wSkeever's Solitude Objects SMIMed - Festival Ropes. Doing this means you can choose the central ring you like best.
1b) If you're not using wSkeever's mod, choose a ring from the Optional Files section.
2) Download the version of your choice. I like the Riften rope, but I've also added a farmhouse rope version, and a version that uses the SMIM dock rope (as in FYX 3D Solitude Sighpost).
2) Install and overwrite when/if asked.
3) Enjoy the bunting!
