This mod make the Gray Quarter district of Windhelm look more like a slum by adding 8 more NPCs who are homeless living on the rooftops of homes in the Gray Quarter. You can now see more poverty in the Gray Quarter when you walk around by seeing Dark Elves living on the streets with all their possessions. This mod also comes with a new quest and if you get stuck in the quest download the Game Guide.
