Skyrim Armors and Weapons - SPID and CID

Many vanilla armors have a chance (1% to 10%) to be distributed to Bandits, Reavers, Forsworn, and Vampires via SPID

Bandits have a chance to wear various sets that make sense for them including racial specific sets, for example: Dunmer Bandits have a chance to wear bonemold or chitin vs other Bandits.

Reavers and Cultists have chances for bonemold, chitin or stalhrim (Because of the location they are in. Nord Bandits have a 1% chance to wear either set).

Forsworn have a 1% chance to wear most armors because I like to think they sometimes find or salvage sets for themselves.

Vampires have 5% chance to wear ebony armor and 1% chance to wear daedric (Bandits, Reavers, Vampires, and Forsworn all have a 1% chance for daedric armor).

Vampire Thralls have a 5% chance to wear Dawnguard sets

Vigilants have a 10% chance to also wear Dawnguard sets. I like to think that there is some cooperation between the two factions, like the Dawnguard  selling armor to the Vigilants.
