(SJG) Quick Light Patch (based upon in game Torch values for light settings)

Quick Light is a great mod, but sadly the light settings in the mod are not based upon Skyrim Torches.  This patch corrects this for a more consistent lighting experience.

If you examine a Torch in xEdit or CK you will find that it has the following 3 values for determining the light emitted from a light source.  In this case, a vanilla torch from Skyrim:

  However these values are not used by Quick Light, nor do the mod's values appear to be based upon them.  This patch address that:

          The end result is users of Quick Light now get a more consistent and realistic lighting experience with a solid range of choices that should suit anyone.
