📋 About This Mod
My obsession with making Dunmeri towns has led me to working on a new land mod. I hope you guys enjoy it, I had a lot of fun making it and I sunk SO MUCH time into it. The carriage driver at the Eastern gate at Baan Malur can take you to Serynath, the new city in the new region of Vahl Dun. Alternatively, you can go through the ancestral tomb behind the Silgrad College of Whispers or you can go through the open passage behind the Silgrad temple. There's a handful of ancestral tombs and Daedric ruins to clear out. There aren't any quests since I have no experience with them and don't have any plans to make any at the moment. It's all exploration drive. I'd like to add some radiant quests like the missives board but that'll be for another time.
The new towns added are Silgrad, Tel Dayn, Sunmul and now Serynath.
To get the Sunmul, you need to take the ferry that takes you around Baan Malur. To get to Tel Dayn, you'll need to walk to it, It's North East of Silgrad. I haven't added a carriage by it but I should.

Several new towns
Several skill trainers
A bunch of merchants
A bunch of new followers
A handful of new dungeons, I still want to add more
Working jail system and a way to break out in Silgrad
Tons of cute girls
Is it lore-friendly?
Not entirely, no. The ordinators and Tribunal Temple aren't really around anymore. That said, I do try to keep the mod as immersive as I could.
Why House Indoril for Silgrad? Isn't it in Redoran territory?
I'm more than a little obsessed with the Ordinators.
Why use Imperialized buildings in Silgrad and Sunmul?
I don't have much to use in terms of Dunmeri architecture, so I had to use what I can get my hands on. I would LOVE to have more Dunmer resources but there's not much out there sadly.
What's next?
I definitely want to add more dungeons to Vahl Dun. I definitely want to keep working on it since it's a lot of fun but can get pretty dull. Now that I got the groundwork laid out, adding more content to it later on will be much quicker. I want to add more ancestral tombs and daedric ruins to the area. I would also love to expand Eastward and reconnect to Sunmul but that's a long way out.
Will you make more towns?
Probably not. They take a lot of time to make and there isn't a whole lot of landmass left to use sadly.
Any quests?
I don't have any story quests planned, I have very little experience with the quest/dialogue system. I had to have pancake walk me through setting up the carriage system. I'd like to try to setup some radiant quests later

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community support with 228 endorsements and over 9,000 downloads.
- Adds a substantial amount of content: four towns, dungeons, and NPCs.
- The working jail system is a unique feature not often seen in land mods.
⚠️ Cons
- No quests, so if you need direction, this mod might feel aimless.
- Not fully lore-friendly, which could clash with purist playthroughs.
- Potential compatibility issues with other mods that alter the same regions or add similar content.
For Morrowind explorers who love discovering new lands and towns without hand-holding. If you enjoy sandbox-style exploration and building your own stories, this is for you. Skip if you need quests or strict lore adherence.
