Audio no longer available on Nexus. I lost it in a boating accident.
Version 2 changes
Deleted ALL male NPC records that caused black face and other problems.
No need to start a new game. No need to manually add Male NPCs to the husbands faction.
Instead, you now do this: Go to Maramal and ask him, are there many married couples in Skyrim?
After this conversation, all husbands will be registered to the husband faction.
I packed the audio in a BSA file.
I changed the relationship requirement. In order for a married man to accept, you need to have relationship 1 friend with him.
You can easily achieve such a relationship doing some vanilla quests in most cases.

Instructions:
Optional: If you want to swap, first go talk to a female follower.
-While wearing any ring, go up to any married man and ask him if he is interested in swinging.
If the relationship is lower than 2, he will reject.
-You can choose to enjoy his wife, double penetrate her or swap.
After choosing one of the three options, then go talk to the wife.
Ask her if she is in, and the scene starts.
For the Sexlab version, there is an MCM menu that lists all the wives.
When you penetrate a wife, the statistics will increase, working your way up to a 100% goal of exploring every wife, not neglecting anyone.

Who is NOT included:
-The elderly
-Courting couples (Olfina, Ysolda etc)
-Non Skyrim couples (Dragonborn add-on)
It seems that new factions only work on a new game. So you need to either start a new game OR manually add a husband into the faction by console command.
