Fixing vanilla annoyances - one at a time

Favor quests overhauled. Now there is an additional "category" called fetch quests. It's the type of quest where you are generally not doing anything besides playing delivery boy and moving goods from point A to point B. In vanilla they are rewarded very handsomely: delivering Klimmek's package to the top of the mountain rewards 500 septims at level 9. Killing dragon at the same level rewards... 500 septims. Well, no more. There are now 3 tiers of fetch quests, all of them rewarded differently.

• []Tier 1, low effort, low reward: For the Good of Morthal, Payment Delivery, Andurs' Arkay Amulet, Rogatus's Letter, Greatsword for a Great Man. Those quests were actually buffed a bit: doing them in vanilla rewards you with 25 septims at best. They now scale with your level (25 -> 50 -> 75 -> 100 -> 125) and follow vanilla pattern, when you start with lowest reward at level 1 and get best after level 40.

  []Tier 2, slightly more complex or simply more prestigious fetch quests. Here's the list: Stoking the Flames, Return to Grace, Climb the Steps, Fit for a Jarl, Delivery (Hillevi), Delivery (Sorex), Delivery, Gharol's Message. They were nerfed from 250 - 750 septims to 100 - 250. Heart Stones now also has scaling reward instead of an flat amount: it's a very simple quest and is easily abused.

  []Tier 3, most prestigious of complex quests. They reward 100 septims at level 1 and 500 at level 40+ (instead of 400 and 1 200 respectfully): Arniel's Endeavor, Search and Seizure, Few and Far Between, Bothela's Discreet Delivery, Rare Gifts, Enchanting Pick-Up, Elmus Favor Quest (mead), Elmus Favor Quest (berries), It's All In The Taste, Recipe for Distraction.

• []A Few Words with You and Delayed Burial will now fetch you (ehe) slightly less money: 100 - 500 instead of 250 - 750.

  []That Was Always There, Aftershock and Clean Sweep now reward you with 200 - 1 000 septims.

  []Pain in the Necklace initially gave you 500 per one pendant, with 16 500 total. It's now 200 per thingy and 6 600 total.

• Served Cold and March of the Dead both rewarded you with almost game breaking 10 000 septims at maximum level, totaling 20 000 for lenghty, but still only two quests. They will now give only 5 000 per quest, but much earlier: at level 40 instead of 60.
