Tired of having to hunt down rare salt piles? Use the heat of the smelter to imbue mundane salt piles with elemental attributes.
A regular gem and a pile of salt will get you 2 batches, while a flawless gem will get you 4.
The power of the alchemy effects on the new salts have been boosted a little bit, to make them worth spending a gem on.
New Salts:
Earth Salts:
Stable and grounded essence of rock and nature, drawn from the strong body of the emerald.
Can regulate the power of poisons, ground magic and stun your enemies.
Air Salts:
Crystalized essence of shifting winds, drawn from the quiet soul of the amethyst.
Become as light and invisible as the air, while filling your lungs or priming your enemies for lightning.
Blood Salts:
The vital essence of life, drawn from the burning heart of a ruby.
Empowers and purifies your physical body providing powerful boosts to health and health regen while curing all diseases.
Installation:
Two versions are available, one that uses salt piles, and one that uses only gems. Pick the one you like best. Install using your favorite mod manager.
There's also standalone, optional versions of each if you don't want the new salts, just the Vanilla three.
Conflicts:
This changes nothing, just adds a few new recipes and ingredients, so it shouldn't conflict with anything.
Uninstall:
Just remove the esp. No scripts are used so it won't damage your savegame. The new salts will vanish, but any Vanilla salts you made with the mod will still stick around.
