A small set based on the Cangaceiros, a northeast brazillian band of mercenaries/bandits/heroes/justice doers/ definition depends of person.

This is pretty much a meme set to take a smile out of my fellow Brazillian Followers (sim, sou brazileiro, HUEHUEHUE BR SOPA DE MACACO) and spread a bit of brazillian culture around here.

you can craft it from the get-go, it has stats on par with hide armor, some a bit lower, others higher, nothing game breaking tho.

Is this lore friendly? your call, its not something you would expect to see in skyrim but I think it still fits in nicely. While Cangaceiros don't use gloves, I still added a simple one.

the hat is classified as a circlet, so it won't hide your hair.

yes, I'm Aware that this set is a bit lower on quality compared to my latest releases, but a man gotta rest when tired, and its a meme(ish) set so don't take it too serious.
