I hope you enjoy it :)
Adds a single new bow to Skyrim, based on concept art for the Rivendell Bow from The Hobbit movies. The bow can be found at Hunters Rest under the flagpole with the beehive, or crafted and upgraded. A compact, lore-friendly weapon mod for fans of Tolkien-inspired gear.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing with 394 endorsements and over 6.5k downloads.
- Lore-friendly design inspired by official concept art, fits well for Tolkien fans.
- Simple to get: either find it at a specific location or craft it yourself.
⚠️ Cons
- Only adds one bow, so if you're looking for a weapon pack, this isn't it.
- Last updated in 2020, so it might not be compatible with the latest Skyrim versions or mods.
- No mention of special effects or unique stats, so it's likely just a visual reskin.
For Skyrim players who want a tasteful, lore-friendly bow inspired by The Hobbit without overhauling the game. If you're a collector of unique weapons or a Tolkien enthusiast, this is a nice addition. Skip if you want gameplay-changing weapons or a large content pack.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager, just download and activate; otherwise, drop the files into your Data folder.
- The bow is at Hunters Rest, which is south of Ivarstead – look for the flagpole with a beehive nearby.
- You can craft the bow at a forge, but you'll need the relevant smithing perks to upgrade it fully.
